THERE IS A FOLDER CALLED STARTUP IN WINDOWS, IT IS USUALLY AT
C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
PUT THE BATCH THERE, WHEN THE COMPUTER STARTS IT WILL START
