shows a message of your choice on Log on and Shutdown.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE//Software//Microsoft//Windoes NT//CURRENT VERSION] now click the word Winlogon then rightclick LegalNoticeCaption and press modify and type your title, then below it it says LegalNoticeText, and type your message. Do you find this valuable?
